Are you sending a courier to collect your order?
To avoid delays, your courier must arrive with the correct collection information. Your driver should quote:
- Your Lawcris sales order number
- Or your company name
Please do not use the delivery address as a collection reference. Our warehouse team only knows who placed the order, not where the goods are eventually being delivered. Providing the wrong information can cause unnecessary delays while the order is identified.
Pro Tip
If you regularly use third-party couriers, include your sales order number on every collection instruction to ensure a smooth collection every time.

What do you need to know about jumbo boards?
Some decorative panels, melamine boards and sheet materials can be extremely large and heavy.
Typical jumbo board size
2800mm x 2070mm
Weight
Some boards can weigh up to 70kg per sheet.
Important Collection Advice
If your order contains jumbo boards that may need manually manoeuvering, rotating or standing upright, we strongly recommend sending at least two people. Our warehouse team cannot load vehicles, customers remain responsible for handling materials.

What vehicle is preferred to pick material up in?
Bringing the correct vehicle helps us load your order safely and quickly.
Recommended Vehicles
✓ Open-bed vehicles
✓ Flat-bed vehicles
✓ Curtain-sided vehicles
These vehicle types allow forklift loading directly onto the bed of the vehicle, reducing handling and speeding up collection.
Vehicles we don't recommend
✗ Rear-loading box vans
✗ Vehicles with restricted access
✗ Vehicles requiring extensive manual handling
These can make loading difficult and may increase collection times.
Why this matters
Many sheet materials are large, fragile and heavy. A suitable vehicle helps protect both the product and the people handling it.

What are the yard regulations?
To maintain a safe working environment for customers, drivers and staff, several yard rules apply.
No customer cutting
Cutting materials within the yard is strictly prohibited.
This includes:
- Circular saws
- Track saws
- Hand saws
- Any other cutting equipment
Customers requiring materials cutting should use our Wallsaw service instead.
Using our cutting service
Small cutting jobs may sometimes be completed while you wait.
For larger orders, we may ask you to leave the materials with us and return later once cutting has been completed.
Complex cutting lists may need to be submitted by email in advance.

What other things should I be aware of when collecting?
Fundermax Collections
Fundermax Compact Grade Laminate requires specific collection arrangements.
To protect product quality and minimise handling risks, collections are only accepted using:
- Curtain-sided vehicles
- Open-bed vehicles
This allows safe forklift loading and prevents unnecessary manual handling.
Vehicle Over 7.5 tonnes
For site safety, vehicles over 7.5 tonnes may be directed to an alternative entrance.
Please follow site signage and instructions from our warehouse team upon arrival.
