Lawcris pressing service Creative Bonding Solutions, offers a rapid turn-a-round of bonded laminate panels housed in a clinical warehouse environment – we can ensure a quality product is delivered to your door in a lead time to suit you.

Panel sizes of up to 3050mm x 1525mm can be pressed onto boards of up to 60mm in thickness. With our comprehensive range of material choice, we can offer our customers a truly bespoke specification, whether it be Moisture Resistant core, Fire Retardant core or standard, our warehouse in Leeds has stocks on hand to produce to the customers needs.

Along with our own large stocks of Resopal, Egger, Kronospan, metallic and veneered laminates, CBS also offer to bond any laminate in current production. Anything from the basic small order to large contract work can be undertaken, producing in excess of 250 boards per shift.

    

Each individual board passing through the semi-automated, single daylight heated press line is scrutinised for quality ensuring that the boards reach the client on time and to the exacting standards they require.

Our bonded boards are manufactured and controlled using the very latest technology and extensive experience. Good bonding practice is observed, always ensuring all laminate and core materials are conditioned for at least 48 hours before bonding, to facilitate the highest possible bond quality and strength. Our purchasing power within the industry will ensure the most competitive prices for all specified laminates.
